Curative Design Collection

Studying for exams can be hard.  Content and concepts on the written page, or delivered via didactic lectures can be challenging to work through.  We believe that a combination of art, data visualization and information design can shine a light over the monotony of learning.  That is why we teamed up with an amazing graphic designer named Eleanor Lutz and collaborated to create a series of data visualizations that we are calling CurativeDesign.

Our goal was quite simple: to create a series of posters that students would not only be excited to add to their learning tools, but also be proud to have on their walls.  Each piece will focus on a particular high-yield aspect in medicine, be it biochemistry, physiology, anatomy, etc, and is the result of weeks of research, review and collaboration amongst our collective of physicians and designers.

By supporting NerdocreMedical on Patreon, you’ll have access to early betas of each new piece, the opportunity to interact with our artists, as well as sizeable discounts on the works themselves, not to mention the ability to vote on which concepts we attempt to tackle.

There will always be one or two individuals in each class, be it med school, nursing school, pharmacy school or dental,  with an appreciation for both the scientific and the aesthetic.  We refer to them as the creative maladroits.  Students who are able to consume large amounts of information, but also able to step back and revel in the beauty of it all.

That is what makes our proverbial toes curl at NerdcoreMedical, and we would love if you could join us.
